Tom serves with Dr. John C.Maxwell, Dr. John Hull and a team at EQUIP as VP of International Ministries and Strategic Partnerships. Tom provides the leadership for all that EQUIP does internationally in the leadership-training arena in over 110 nations with 200+ Associate Trainers all of which are volunteers and donors to the ministry.

Heart for Lebanon (H4L)
VHG provides all the office logistics for the USA office for H4L. VHG also helps to build partnerships and seeks not-for-profit funding for H4L. Heart for Lebanon’s vision is to see lives changed and communities transformed through facilitating proper education, providing humanitarian aid, strengthening community development and promoting leadership empowerment.

Rivertop Contracting
VHG is helping young start-up businesses by providing opportunities, encouragement and strategic thinking and process for these challenging times.

Tom serves as a consultant to ShareMedia Services. ShareMedia Services provides fundraising consulting to listener supported radio stations.
