About TomTom made a radical switch after 20 years in the “business world” Woven through Tom’s experiences is a life given to publicly funded radio, thus making Tom one of the few people who truly understands the non-profit world. With six creative programs designed to meet specific listener needs to his credit, Tom continues to impact radio with his expertise. VHG provides leadership development as a core value of what we do because we know that is the difference maker. Tom serves today as a catalyst in the Middle East to many ministries and has helped to develop Heart for Lebanon, a ministry to those underprivileged in Lebanon such as Iraqi refugees and needy Lebanese. Tom also has done extensive work in shaping ministries in India as a founding member of 4BServe. A group of over 40 ministries who have come in alignment to work together to totally transform India one village at a time. Tom has co-founded a leadership Center in South Africa with Living Hope Ministries which works with the pastors in the poorest of the poor areas in the area of AIDS. With experience from the business world, and the faith-based world with three major ministries (Word of Life fellowship, The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, and EQUIP International Ministries)Tom has authored his new book called “Leadership in Blue Jeans.”
