Flip flopping
Here in the United States, we are in what we call a Presidential election year. Which means candidates are out asking for our votes. We listen to their positions, evaluate their values and character and then we vote.

Accountability
This year, my grandsons received a number of toys for Christmas that needed batteries. That got me thinking about the wind-up toys we received. Turn a key and the thing takes off, winds down, and eventually stops.

Coaching is the Newest Word
You would be hard pressed to find a leader who does not know that a large part of their work is to coach their employees. Nor is hard to find evidence that organizations with the strongest leadership cultures are those that develop people at every level.
